Hagby Church

The oldest church on this site was first built in the middle ages and has since endured a complicated history of reconstruction. Excavations in 1935 in preparation of restoration showed the church to have been constructed in Romanesque style with thinner choir and apse. Through out the middle ages it was built in several stages.
